Violation of a building construction

Hi Sir,

I have purchased Flat in Group house. Currently construction work is going on. Panchyati Plan Approved for "Stilt+Ground+First+Second". Brick work completed. My builder constructs double bed room flat in terrace and he says that the pent house is for site owner. And builder parallely constructs pant house also.

My flat registration is completed.

Can I oppose this violation? or Can I dismattle this construction after completes of construction?

I want to appeal a case on Builder regarding this violation. Please suggest  and let me know your opinions.

You can give complaint on builder for violation to the local municipality office. They takes action.

If the pent house being built by the builder is in contravention of the approved plan and significant deviation is seen, you may approach the concerned authorities with a complaint for necessary legal action to nip the issue in the bud itself.
