I have taken first case as lawyer of defendant in Civil Court, Pune.
I need to file Vakalatnama. Can someone please give me format?
Is there any stamp duty to be paid/stamps to be affixed on Vakalatnama? Are there any other documents to be filed along with Vakalatnama in the court? Does it require rubber stamp? I have taken Sanad last month and have not yet prepared rubber stamp etc. Defendant has already filed Written Statement (prepared by me) on the first hearing.
