you can approach register office and you can very well get it registered thr.. the process would be very simple.... and you both are major so no problem...... But before you marry try your level best to get your parents concurrence

No you can't get married in a court marriage - because a guy has to be 21 years for being eligible. Wait for a year.

For registered marriage girl age should be- 18, and boy age must be 21. Before this you both cant get registered marriage.

as you asked you can't change your religion so its impossible to get marriage at this time.

wait for completion of age.
