Under rti

Sir,

I have purchased land in Wagholi, Pune. At the time of purchasing the land i have made all legal documents with vendors. i.e. sale deed, conveyance deed etc. Now I need Dvelopment Plan of that area. which RTI authority will entertain me for providing the said development plan ?
