Ulc and ghmc house permission letters

good morning dear sir/ madam,
I have bought a house in mallikarjuna nagar malkajgiri area in 2013. 
 

now i wan to sell it for my personal reasons.

i wan to know the process to get the following letters . 
 
ULC clearance letter : Lr.NO.F1/9541 to 9543/76 dated 25-3-2009.
 
GHMC:  Permit no:21828 / DC/  NZ / Cir-17/2013 date 29-3-20013
 
please guide me .

Please approach municipal authorities and get it.

thnkyou very much for the valuable reply sir. by any chance can i get them through meseva (here i could get few other documents online). or any other govt websites - where i can pay online n get the documents in pdf format.
