I have a Delhi Registerd TRUST which is 20 years old
my youngest sister is the President
my elder sister and me are the other two trustees
TOTAL 3 of us
my youngest sister who is the president is now claiming complete authority over the trust with my sister backing him
is there any way to remove him or weaken his powers
what can I do.in this case and which govt Authority do i approach
pls help me
