I am currently working under Ministry of Defence as a Group B Officer since last 5 years. i had signed a service bond for a period of 7 years which will expire on 12/02/2018. I have recently got an offer from Mumbai port Trust for the post of Asst. Traffic Manager(Gr-I). Is my se4rvice bond transferable for the balance period?
