Hi, post my grandfathers death, my father was given property in South Delhi as per a registered family agreement. I want that now the property be transferred to my father's name as per the family settlement agreement, and further as per my fathers will finally be transferred in my mothers name. Can this be executed without the interference of any family member ( legal heirs of my grandfather) since we have a registered family settlement agreement and if yes, what is the procedure?
