Dear sir
My grand mother has been transfrred her land to all her daughter ( 5 Members ) on equal basis , that has been executed on a Rs.100 stamp paper and it hass been notarized after that. But my doubt is that notarized docuement is valid to sell that peroperty .. or can i register the notrized document with sub registrar.
Plzz suggest .. she is on death bed now ....
