Hi
My father have 2 brothers, they have more land than my father, after partition, my father title deed show 1 acre more in book but where in the possession we have 1 acre less.
Else what type of action they will take if we sell this property.
How to go ahead plz let me know.

plz let me know posession having only 1 1/2 acres. instead of 2 1/2 acres
