Hi friends,
I have taken a flat in a residential apartment, the builder claims right for terrace which he had mentioned in the agreement saying that tenants have no right on terrace... Is there any way to make it a common terrace legally,
Can the society/association formed can claim the right of terrace... The builder has locked the terrace and is not allowing anyone to use it.
