Termination of leave and licence by owner

Hi! My frnd purchased flat in andheri and gave it on rent after few months. It was registered for 11months but due to nevee ending demands by tenant, he gave him termination notice within one month. Tenants demands were regarding pump issue(resolved), furniture repairs (resolved). Now he is demanding for cable connection, water filter servicing, center table etc.. As he was given notice he denied to pay nxt month rent and stopped the payment from bank. Now threatening to go to court for harrasment and compensation. Can he do that? What right my frnd has after giving one month notice to him? Pls help! Thanks

Hi,

Give one month's notice to the tenant and if he refuses to vacate the flat.. he shall be treated as a tresspasser.. file a police complaint.. install your own lock to the main doors.. ofcourse when nobody is there in the flat.
