Tennant not paying rent

Hi,

I have 2 bedroom house at Delhi and I got my tennants 2 months back.I have given my house to a Enginerring Student. As it was known to distant relative,we didnt take advance from him.Howvever I had an agreement on stamp paper(Rs-50) with him. Now,he doesnot reply back with my calls and not paid rent for last 2 months.Yesterday from Neghibour I came to know that he has got 5-6 male friends in my flat.

What should I do legally,as I tried calling their parents but noone is responding.

Thanks,

Sir,

You should firstly terminate the tenancy by sending them the notice. Further you may also convey to him that if he decides to stay further in the flat he shall be committing criminal tresspass as the tenancy has ended. Also convey to that you may bring suit for recovery with regard to the unpaid rent and interest thereon if he decides not to pay. If you need any assistance call me on my number below.
