Tenant had given complaint about mental harrassment/threat

I have helped one person to rent flat and charged brokerage. That person had given cheque for brokerage. Later cheque bounced. I had sent them legal notice. Owner also had sent notice for vacating house. Then they had filed a police complain agaist me and owner of mental harrassment / thretening. In complain they did not mention about the date/time etc when we had threatened them etc. Basically they had filed wrong complaint. Police called us to police station. They recorded owners statement but did not record my statement. What are options with us? Will police take any action like arresting us? Should we get anticipatory bail etc?
