I am a Group A working central government employee. As on date my basic+grade pay is 17527+5400. I completed my probation on 31.07.2015. I received probation closure letter but I'm yet to recieve my confirmation letter (letter stating that my job is permenant), which will be effective from 01.08.2015. Through Proper Channel, I have applied for a job in another Central Govt Organisation of Basic+Grade Pay = 15600+5400. Is pay protection applicable in my case?? I'm also under bond period till 31.08.2017 in my parent organisation. Will my bond get transferred to new central government organisation which I'm going to join.
