I recently joined as an officer in central armed police forces. But before joining, I appeared for civil services exam. I intimated about my exam to my department. If any personnel from CAPF has to resign he has to pay 3 months of salary to be relieved. So my query is do I have to pay this amount if I get selected and want to join civil services? Is technical resignation allowed in CAPF?
