myself is shiv kumar and i am working as Central Excise Inspector in Surat i joined this job on 8 Feb 2013 prior to that i had been working in Intelligence Bureau i joined IB on 28 January 2011 and gave technical resignation on 7 Feb 2013 and joined my new job on the very next day as mentioned above will my service countes for my increment and for my transfer as there is provision in CBEC Central Board of Excise and Custom that you must complete 2 years before applying for transfer as i belong to Delhi and my Wife is also working in Delhi Administration as a Govt Teacher my mother is widow and she is not good in health and being the eldest son of the family it is my prime responsibility to look after my family as i have lost my father kindly help me out in this matter
