It is your company product and the supply is based on your reputation and agreement with the companies abroad, if they do not have any objections to your brand or make etc., then what is the legal issue invlved in it

In general, it is legally permissible to mention the name of your garden in Sri Lanka alongside Indian gardens on the tea export bag, as long as: 1. _True and accurate labeling_: The labeling is true and accurate, and does not mislead consumers. 2. _Compliance with Indian laws_: You comply with Indian laws and regulations regarding food labeling and export. 3. _Compliance with Arab nations' laws_: You also comply with the laws and regulations of the Arab nations you are exporting to. 4. _No deception_: The labeling does not deceive or mislead consumers into believing the tea is solely of Indian origin or from Indian gardens. 5. _Clear indication_: The labeling clearly indicates the tea is a blend of Indian and Sri Lankan origin. However, it's crucial to consult with: 1. _Legal experts_: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 2. _Tea industry associations_: Verify if there are any specific guidelines or standards for tea labeling. 3. _Export authorities_
