one day i was traviling to agra woth my wife.... on the way we say sameer that is my neighbor... at bus stand...
he has also going to agra...
he alao sit in my car at backseat with my wife.... but samer was strangely watching my wife... so i proposed him to drive car...
he starts driving but due to his ill intention on my wife... he colapsed the car... we met with accident
which result my perminent face disfigure and damaged my car....
after i also found that sameer have no driving licence...
my wife feels shy to walk with me... she diivorced me...
now can i file a suit for damages aganist sameer .....
if... under which provisions?
