Sir, when a person (A)died, his mother was alive. So in the legal heir certificate, his mother's name is included along with his children. Now the mother also died. Can the legal heirs of the mother claim share in the property of the deceased person (A), as the mother's name is included in the legal heir certificate?

Mr shivakumar. If there no other legal heirs of the deceased women the 2 and 3 rd class legal heirs can claim the property of the deceased women

Yes,legal heirs of mother has right to claim share only from the share of mother.
