criminal case pending in trial court..chargesheet filed...suspended due to arrrest period exceeding 48 hrs..now after various delays 6 monthsof objection given for start of subsistence allowance by treasury officer as according to him new rules states that u have to work under suspension period...but i couldnt find it anywhere...is it true???what can i do next?

You can obtain information about sus[ension and payment of subsistence allowance through the court wherein your maintenance case is going on. Move an application during your evidence to summon the entire record of your husband and get it exhibit.
