I want to take un furnished apartment on rent for 11 months with permission from landlord and will do complete furnishing subsequently would like to give further sub lease the same for 11 months to sub tenant.
I have few queries please help
1) Can I do this legally ?
2) I have heard there is no need of registering the said master agreement and sub lease agreement both for 11 months ? is this right
3) any special thing I should take care before starting this process?

Dear querist, it requires registration though the lease is for 11 months. If both mutually agreed to sub-lease the premises then it shall be mentioned in the original lease deed.
