I am a divorcee with a daughter from that marraige, whose total custody is with me. Remarried in 2004. No issued from the second marraige. My husband is also a divorcee and has no issues from his first marraige. he is a loving father for my daughter. after our marraige in 2004, we had bought a few properties with both of our earnings.
What will be my daughter's status on the legalhiership of the properties which are in my husband's name ? Will she be his legal heir ? or what steps do we need to take to make her a legal heir of my husband ? My daughter is now 20 years.
