Starting a smartphone insurance company

Hi, currently I live in NY so it's different to find a local CA. Actually I am planing to invest in Indian market and thinking to start a Smartphone insurance company.

Can any experts here let me know the procedure for, as well as legal docs needed?

I already have an IT company Incorporated in the year 2012 in India Kolkata and indore, I only wanted to know do I need any special regd/gov certificate as it includes an insurance term?
