Hello,
I want to registered Gift deed from husband to wife without any consideration (100% share of Husband transfer to wife). The Location of property is Panvel. The property is registered in 2004. The registration fees is 200/-.
My question is How much stamp duty and LBT will be under blood relation from husband to wife and also the valuation of property.
Kindly help me.
