Paper-book contain all the pleadings and documents, request your lawyer to submit paper book in High Court.

Specific performance is a civil suit, how it can be filed in Sessions Court.  Anybody Pl clarify.

If it is a district and sessions court and the financial limit is falling within its jurisdiction, it can be filed in the district and sessions court.  About paper book, your lawyer will take care.
