Space dipute in ground floor builder floor

Hi All,

I am living in Ground in Vaishali Ghaziabad in Builder Floor (G+2 Floor). There is stair whose entrance is from outside and other remaining space is being seperated by a Iron Grill by builder shown below in image.

My flat is on Ground Floor. There is nowhere mentioned in my registry that the space outside is possessed by 1st floor Flat owner and 2nd floor flat owner.

Total area is 90 sq m and covered are till my gate is 72 sq m and In fact in my registry its specifically written that "उपरोक्त(means mine ) फ्लोर के कवर्ड एरिया के अनुपात से कॉमन अविभाजित भू: स्वामित्व अधिकार मिल जायेगा "

I would request someone to make me understand the line mentioned above and can i ask the first floor owner to remove his stuff from that area which is not under his possession.

Entry of the stairs is from outside and the space below stairs there water motors hosted so I cannot block the way but I can ask them to remove their stuff from that disputed area.

Please guide me with you expert advice and refer the pic below for the disputed area.

Your response would be highly appreciated.

Regards

Neel

Can I have some experts comments on this.As per my discussion with one of the lawyers.. that if not written anywhere specifically about the ground space then i comes under ground floor provided i would not disturb their entrance towards stairs..
