Recently I have purchased flat in Pune. At the time of purchase builder sale person tell me that, you will get cover car parking. But when I get the possession of my flat I got parking half covered under RCC structure and half open to common duck area of society. When I approach the builder sale team, he said, they are providing pvc shade for uncovered parking areas.
Want to know whether this is allowed, as my agreement is under Rera and they charged me Rs 2 lac for parking.
What is the option available for me? As I paid for full covered parking.
Also whether parking is allowed under society duck area?
