I have an query regarding SRA scheme and powers of CEO SRA. 1. Whether CEO has the right to cancel the permission/amendment after part Occupation certificate was issued to Building.
2.-Which Act will prevail Maharashtra Slum act or Mumbai Regional Town Planning Act.
