Share of property of daughter in fathers self earned propert

My question is this: What is the right of a married daughter in Father's self earned property. Property is in West Bengal. Status of Will is not known. Even if will is made in favour of son, can the daughter contest it, If no will is there, does the daughter automatically get equal share.

If the will has been made, the property shall devolve in terms of the will. The will, if made, can be contested on the ground of it not being made by a free volition of the testator. The daughter has an equal share along with other legal heirs in the absence of a will.
