Hello Group.
I purchased a property in cooperative housing society under Greater Noida Authority and UP Awas samiti after obtaining the required permission (NOC) from society, got the transfer memo in my name and tranfer-deed was executed.
subsequent to execution, filled for share certificate transfer with management of society. However society did'nt adhered to rules and procdedure laid out by UP awas samiti.
Society was supposed to apply for share/membership transfer before execution of deed whereas society applied for same after execution of deed, and request for transfer is pending with UP awas samiti for 2 years.
Because of this i am not having voting right, nor any transaction for any maintainence fee is made on my name.
What are the possible options available for me to get the share/membership on my name ?
