my mother and father wishes to make a settlement deed to me and my sister i am 18yrs old and my sister is 20yrs old my doubt is how can my parents each has property of their own d problem is dat we dont have any male heir for d property its oly me and my sister i wanna knw hw my parents should write a settlement deed for us according to islamic laws
