Had you got done your and your dadaji's medical from the govt hospital, if you had done then file a police complaint against your cousin and his friend to beat you and your dadaji badly with intention to kill him for extort his money after illegally entering into your house , also make complaint to ssp and DM and request thdmvto give protection to your dadaji under senior citizen act .

what can be their punishment???? any idea??? I have filed a complaint...but i want to know the kind of punishment which will be given...

You have not given full facts of the case , had you and your dadaji sustain any injuries inflicted by them , what sort of injuries are they , how many guys had attacked you , were you inside at your Home when they attacked , were they carring any weapons with them what sort of weapons are they eg . lathi , hockey, jelly , knife , pistol etc if any , give detail , if you say the solution i have given in the above post is right then if you prove that they beat you both by making preplan inside your house then it is a serious offence it is non bailable and the accused will be jailed for atleast 7 years , police will register the case u/s 323, 452 , 34 , 120B , 506ipc .
