Sending issues on behalf of residences

I am owner of a apartment, where i took my possession one year back. We dont have an legal association till now. 

My question is ... I am planning to send a mail to the builder by collating all the issues of this property. And sending the mail to the MD of the builder on behalf of all residents.

WIll it be a problem for me in future. Since i am doing an allegation kind off, and we dont have a legal body.
