Hi
I own a flat in MHADA building which I purchased by Resale from Original Allottee. I purchased the flat 15 years ago.
I want to now purchase another flat in MHADA building by Resale from another person.
I would then have 2 flats on my name in MHADA building, both purchased as resale
Is this valid or not? Alternatively, do i need to purchase the second flat on my daughter's name?
