Second appeal during stay against decree for eviction

Dear Sir, my tenant got stay/interim relief in second appeal from high court, against the eviction decree given by second ADJ. Now case is pending. What shall be done case is for senior citizen 68 years. My Lawyer is asking for enhance the rent probably occupation charge/mesne profit. will it affect adversely on eviction/ or taking possesion we want early possesion. please help
