my wife has filed the Criminal MC case of sec 125 crpc against me & the same was dismissed by defult for she not appering for the case on long time. Now see has file the restore petion with a Sec 5 of limitation act i have file the counter as section 5 of limitation act is not applicable on the criminal 125 crpc.
now judge has place the date for aurgement & he asking any ruling is their for section 5 of limitation act is not applicable on the criminal 125 crpc.
please provide any judgement copy for referance, if any one having for my usage.
