This is a query with regards to th section 337 Ipc.
Fact of the case- Accident happend between a pedestrian and a bike. Person A was crossing the road while talking on the mobile phone accident occured near to the divider, as the person B was on his bike and overtaking the auto from the right side ( left side was Auto and right side was divider) suddenly person came in front of the bike due to auto the person was not visible and he was talking on the mobile phone snd crossing the road and he got injured and got fracture in his leg. The police officials book the case against the biker person B u/s 337 IPC, and seased his bike after 4 days, the biker who was riding the bike is having only LMV licence and Insurance of the vehicle is lapsed 5 months back.
Q1. What is the procedure to release the Bike from police station.
Q2. What will be the consequences of the case.
First get enlarged on bail and then file a petition to get your bike released.
After that when the trial begins you can negotiate with the complainant for a compromise settlement or challenge the case on merits
