Now coming to the Problem:
One of my acquaintances belong to SC community of the state of Odisha.
He had bought a land from a upper caste family in 2002. Now he has built a house on the same land and he is renting it to some family.
Due to some personal reasons he wants to sell that piece of land with the house to anyone interested. Now the question is, I have heard about SC/ST property law and the restrictions.
Let me know how can he sell the land with all the terms and conditions. what i mean to ask is there any restriction to sell the land to upper caste people. if there is any restriction then how can we overcome it. Is there any provision through which he can sell it to anyone he prefers.???
