Sc/st property

Iam planning to buy a property near devanahalli bangalore ,

it is of 10acres in which one survey number belongs to sc/sct caterogy

the developer say they got the sale grant premission

on what basic should i check the details or is it good to proceed?

reply is the treasure to me as iam investing my hard earned money?

Check the Sale Permission document as well as Sy.No and other documents with respect to that SC/ST Land.  Also confirm and verify before the A.C office, since some builders will create duplicate sale permission and other documents.  It's advisable to buy plots in any other Sy.No other than this SC/ST land.  For other Sy.No's ask to produce PTCL endorsements.
