If an accused got an order from Hon'ble High court for the same day bail disposal (in a complaint case registered at acmm u/sec 408, 420 ipc, no FIR) as rules laid down in the case of amrawati and lal kamlendra pratap. will he get the bail on the same day of his surrender from acmm as he was only summoned and don't have any criminal backgrouond.
