Can a builder/owner sell out the parking space at ground floor and the terrace.

Can he covered the whole terrace by jali/ fence and put the terrece in lock n key???

Generally parking place on the ground floor sell or allotted to the flat owners of the same apartment. Please check approved plan of the apartment. If he violated construction rules, lodge a complaint with Delhi Municipal Corporation for necessary action.
