sale of Gifetd property

Hi everyone.

My question is?

Whether I can sold the property which I have by Gift Deed?

If you have derived the property through Registered Gift Deed, you will become absolute owner and you have every right to sell the property as per your wish.

Yes, u can do it. But In sale deed u mention a amount and in gift deed not  compulsory to mention a amount.  Stamp duty and registration fee are as per sale deed in Gujarat state, If u r other state u contect local lawyer.
