i am planning to sell a residentail house for 80 laks(20 lakhs govt guideline value) in pure white....and if the buyer also aggres to the same to give the money in white...
1)whether the registrar will accept our sale deed?(since its 4 times of the guideline value)
2) if he refuse what i can do??

The stamp duty can be paid as per the stipulated guide line value or for more than that and not for a lesser value under any circumstance.
