Sale Agreement

An agreement of Sale is complete, valid and absolutely enforceable in the eye of law even if it is not signed by both parties. An agreement to sell signed only by the vendor and witnessed by two or three other men is enforceable even though it is unsigned by the Purchaser. Here what matters is the intention of the parties to sale transaction.
