I was working with MNC as vendor and the payroll company didn’t deduct TDS amount from starting even I remained several times, in the month of Nov and Dec they have deducted some amount and Jan to March they need to deduct some more, but the project got over in Feb 15th and now they have not given salary for Jan and Feb. They have told that Feb 15th is LWD with the company but I have request to give at least 1 month notice as I am having personal problems and the TDS part. I have mailed many times and called many times but they informed they will settle in the March month and till not thjey are not giving any response as their CEO lives in UK and we need to get approval from them. Please suggest how I can deal with this issue. Like I can file a case or give a police complaint on this.

Do serve formal notice to the company on whose payroll you worked, in case you grievances are not resolved by them in time bound matter than legal proceeding can be incited.
