I am buying a flat .I have paid advance of Rs.2 lacs to the seller and have obtained a recipet for the same from the seller.Seller is asking for another Rs. 5 lacs .
The agreement for the flat will be made and registered in next 10 days.
I wanted to know as to (a) How safe the advance would be which is paid without agreemnt.(2) Can the amount be refunded if the transaction is not completed for some or other reason (C) what is the document that buyer should do with seller to ensure safety of the advance paid before agreement for sale is entered.
