Rti to get compliant staus from Dist. Collector

Dear Experts, I would like to know under which category in RTI website rtiionline.gov.in I can file to know my complaint status submitted to kurnooldist collector of Andhra Pradesh against some one who cheated the revenue department by producing income certificate saying 150000/- though he is a millionaire.
