Rights of wife on parrental property

Sir
we have our parrental property which is devided into my father and uncle.
we are 3 brother and one sister.
one brother get pass away and he left his wife and son behind him who is living seperate from us.
father also passed away in covid period.
how we can settle our property now.

how much portion rights does have every one

mother
sister
brother
brother wife
self.

there is chance that father may have written a will which yet not received by us but he discussed many time earlier abt this also.
if will is there than how settlement will happened.
it would be accordance of will

any example case history.

Your mother, brothers (LRs of deceased) and sister(s) have equal share in intestate property.

However, facts posted are not clear to me.
