Rights of child in womb

Can a child in womb become 4th generation for an ancestor property?.My father in law shared the property of his mother(i.e. great grand mother of my son) with his brothers and sister using hindu successtion act 1956 in 2012( when my son is 9 months in womb). They told that my husband & his sister have no rights, because it is their mother's property. My husband expired now . even now also my father in- law doesn't support me. kindly give advice. Thank you.

Yes the property of their mother was not the ancestral or Copacenery Property that could be claimed by your husband or his sister or your child in womb. If it was the property of the father of the father in law you could claim share for your child.
